• Family members added to accounts
• Website visitors

Account Creation

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per family is permitted

Account Security

• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Do not share your account credentials with others

Subscription Plans

• Free trial: Limited features for 14 days
• Monthly subscription: Full access, billed monthly
• Annual subscription: Full access, billed annually with discount

Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months or unused time
• We reserve the right to offer refunds at our discretion

You agree NOT to use KidoCal to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Scrape or collect data without permission

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Our Rights

• KidoCal owns all rights to the platform, design, code, and branding
• Our trademarks, logos, and service marks are protected
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform

Your Rights

• You retain ownership of all content you create (schedules, notes, photos)
• You grant us a license to use your content to provide the Service
• You can export and delete your content at any time

We strive to provide reliable service, but:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary downtime
• We may modify or discontinue features at any time
• We are not responsible for third-party service failures

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KidoCal, its owners, and affiliates from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit or share
• Any claims made by other users related to your actions

Your Rights

• You may terminate your account at any time
• Cancel subscription to stop future billing
• Request data export before deletion

Our Rights

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent activity
• Your payment method fails repeatedly
• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the Service (with notice)

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically Dubai.

Dispute Resolution

• First, contact us to resolve disputes informally: +971 55 849 8495
• If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through arbitration in Dubai
• Arbitration shall be conducted in English
• Court proceedings, if necessary, shall be in Dubai courts

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

• Email notification to your registered address
• In-app notification
• Website banner

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and KidoCal
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the rest remains in effect
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may assign to affiliates
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control
